How we work

Our team trained at leading professional services firms and has held senior finance roles in large organisations. We built this practice because the work we found most useful to clients, thinking ahead rather than reporting backwards, was the first thing squeezed out by volume.

So the practice is deliberately structured around a small number of clients getting senior attention. You deal with a chartered accountant, not a changing cast of juniors. Fees are fixed and agreed before work starts. Enquiries get a reply within one working day. None of that is remarkable; it is simply what we would want from our own advisers.

Indus Advisors Limited is a firm of ICAEW Chartered Accountants and is bound by ICAEW's Code of Ethics and professional standards. We hold professional indemnity insurance as ICAEW requires, and details of the insurer and territorial coverage are available on request. Details of ICAEW's regulations are at icaew.com/regulation.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and handle client data under the UK GDPR. As an accountancy firm we are also subject to the Money Laundering Regulations, which is why we verify the identity of every new client before work starts.
