Indus Advisors is the trading name of Indus Advisors Limited, registered in England and Wales, no. 16846345, registered office 70 Lovibonds Avenue, Orpington BR6 8EW.

We are a firm of ICAEW Chartered Accountants and are subject to ICAEW’s Code of Ethics. Details of the regulations are at icaew.com/regulation.

Engagement

Each client receives an engagement letter setting out the scope of work, fees and responsibilities before work starts. Where these terms and an engagement letter conflict, the engagement letter applies.

Professional indemnity insurance

We hold professional indemnity insurance as required by ICAEW. Details of the insurer and territorial coverage are available on request.
